Day Fourteen: Improving Subtle Touch and Subtle Awareness, a game for all ages... and better sex

Day Fourteen
Lust as Little Changes
and
Paying attention
and
Enjoying the “Game”

This is just like the last lust game in all ways but two. And these two changes make this a “real” lust game, not a “lust preparation” game.

In sex, it’s little little nuances, and our ability to try them out, and our sensitivity to notice them (and play back) that can make ho-hum into heaven.

Lust Game #1:

Hold hands
Smile
Do the pelvis rocking in synch

This means:
BREATHING IN/ BELLY OUT
Start with your pelvis, rocking your weight forward as you
Push your belly out, and
Breathe in, and
Raise your sternum, and
Arch your back, and
Lift your head and gaze a bit

Smile at the top.
Reverse:

BREATHING OUT/ BELLY IN
Starting the reverse movement again with your pelvis (good judo, good dance, great sex), shift your weight to the back, as if to lean on your spine against the chair below, as you
Pull your belly in
Breathe out
Lower your sternum
Round/ fold/ slump your back
Point your head and nose down toward your lap

Smile.
Reverse

AS YOU DO THIS, ONE OF YOU TAKES TURNS HAVING ONE HAND GRIP JUST SLIGHTLY MORE FIRM, OR SLIGHTLY LESS FIRM.
THE OTHER COMMENTS:
I notice your left hand is slightly more firm.
Then you go back to “normal.”
And the other makes a small shift.
It can actually be one hand or two hands.
And it can be fancy: one hand squeezes slightly more firmly and one slightly less firm.

The one who is the “receiver” can ask for a repeat if they can’t quite “get it.”
If they need a bunch of repeats, make the differences a little larger.

The goal will be to both be able to give and perceive extremely small inputs.

This is good for your brain.
This is great for your enlightenment.
This is fabulous for your sex.

Good.

And if you don’t have a partner, this is great for any child who wants to be better at baseball or homework or drawing or anything.
Just call it a “paying attention” game.
Because we don’t lie, ever, to children.

And, without increasing attention, life is the dull crap that many seniors face.
Not you. Not I.

Have fun.
Get sexier, smarter and more present.

Good.
