It's Summer, Eat Raw

Make a cream sauce of soaked almonds, walnuts and pecans,
Ground up in olive oil and whatever spices you love

Use a vitamin.
If you want it sweet, use stevia as a leaf.
If you want it sour, use organic apple cider raw vinegar

Cut up some vegetables
Eat with this

It's simple
It's fast

It's enough
